09.01.2022 Today we had a very dangerous and scary incident happen to one of tradesman onsite. He was on a roof servicing on evap cooler when he witnessed someone stalking... him and staring him down. Calmly our tradesman decided to ignore the unwarranted attention. Next minute the assailant climbed up the ladder to get closer to him. Our tradesman was quite shaken up. Especially after a few minutes witnessing the individual launch off the roof onto a portable gazebo shelter then bounce off the material roof onto the ground in some kind of feline ninja manoeuvre. Please contact our office if you recognise this individual.

06.01.2022 This tragedy from last year is a sad reminder of why it's so important to call a refrigeration mechanic not a wet behind the ears or cleaner, not an electrician or a plumber. Protect your family and use only trade qualified refrigeration mechanics. If you want to read more on dangers all you need is to google air conditioning fires. Governments refusal to adequately license this trade continues to place Australians in danger. 06.01.2022 Dirty airconditioners contain bacteria so please make sure to clean your filters if you’re unable to afford a service and please also ensure the full cleaning work is carried out by a trade qualified refrigeration mechanic if you can afford a service. There are many unskilled people advertising cheap rates for cleaning so please be aware you are unlikely to get a proper clean and don’t assume a large business that offers only cleaning will be by a qualified refrigeration mechanic ask to see their Arma smartcard or technical qualifications.

05.01.2022 - The Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Tradespeople continue to work in unsafe working environments as a direct result of Australian governments deliberate failure to ensure safe licensing policies across the country. The Federal Government continues to support the industry's only revenue now in excess of $70 million sitting in an "Environmental Trust Fund" owned and used by private companies, while as many as 95% of the trade urgently needs upskilling in all refrigerants with the phase down of global warming refrigerants and the uptake of natural refrigerants. In Australia, industry Associations do not oversee the needs of industry and consumers, private companies do with the complete support of the Federal government and they do so to the detriment of a vital trade and our environment.
