24.01.2022 Rather nice day at the beach today. Didn't start out so well: a bit cloudy but the clouds cleared to a great afternoon. Water is now quite warm but it was a little cooler a week ago. Spotted quite a few dolphins playing in the waves. That was nice to see. Dave

15.01.2022 Australia Day Volleyball at Armands Beach. Tuesday 26th January, 10.30am start. Come and join us for a fun day and sausage sizzle & drinks for a donation. You don't have to be an expert (we aren't!) 'cause it's just for fun. We would especially like to encourage the younger generation to join us (some of us are just getting too old but we'll have a bit of a go ;-) ). You don't have to shed your kit, but it is a chance to give naturism a go in a friendly and non-threatening environment.

07.01.2022 Beautiful day at Armands today. The weather was warm and so is the water now. Quite a few people attending and swimming. As I was leaving a number of families were arriving so we hope that this trend continues throughout the rest of summer. Get down there folks - Its a great beach and ideal for first-time trying a naked swim. That can't be beaten. Dave

06.01.2022 Been a long time since I've had a chance to post here. Besides being busy, (updating the ABLG webpage) the weather hasn't been that conducive to beach going. It seems to have been much colder this year in Bermi than previous years, but there have the one or two nice sunny days with little wind. It's really the wind that's the killer ,and it only take a breeze of the few km/hr to really feel the chill. Yet, yesterday was quite a beaut day. The temperature is now starting to g...et up into the higher teens and with the little breezes coming from the north-west, it was very pleasant. But the water is now starting to cool off. At present it is around 16-17 C judging by my thermome-toes. For the second year, our Fun in the Sun Day was spoiled by rain when we had to pack up our gear and move to the Murrah Hall. But still we had a good time and everyone enjoyed the make-shift games and competitions. The next public event will be our Strip into Spring Dinner in October. 01.01.2022 We are getting some terrific beach weather lately. Australia Day was was with quite a few people and thre or four families and their kids all having a great time. Looking forwards to more of the same, so get down to Armands folks :-)
