25.01.2022 Another one of our completed Tiling/Design projects we have been working on and wanted to share, I had to wait for the INVOLVE magazine to get there shots before I was allowed to post. S.W PROJECT- Pretty simple instructions, Highest quality fittings, incorporate black, stone look on floor, white porcelain on walls. I’ve been asked not to specify the actual brand of features used as he wants this to be exclusive WALLS-... 900mm x 600mm Pure White Spanish Porcelain 12mm, rectified edge FLOOR- 600mm x 300mm Pura Pietra Grigia Italian Porcelain, 10mm Rectified Edge FEATURE TILE- Is a really unique interlocking design, a vitrified compressed porcelain imported from Spain. In Bianco Puro & Nero Assoluto shade choice. We use on all our projects ARDEX Australia Tiling solutions, in this case Ardex X77 for floor and wall, and Ardex FS DD grouting Systems EXTRAS- As usual we incorporate floor heating from Deviax Sub Systems. Top of the food chain quality with pre heat, set heat slow cool and slow heat setting. FITTINGS- Every design, regardless on size or budget we engage @Accent Bath in Isle Drive. We have a great working relationship and we know that we can send the client there and they get EXACTLY what they want, in this case some beautiful Nero stone basins, Nero wall hung vanity’s, High polish taps and shower fittings and of course heated towel rails. 24.01.2022 Back from our Christmas break.. Really excited for the incredibly cool projects I have booked in for 2019 Owner wanted to really push the living close to the beach feel, originally I was going to stone clad it in some local Valla bush rock, But instead went with some beautiful large format linear Italian Porcelain cladding. 14.01.2022 WALSH- Internal/external flooring selection. On this particular project the client wanted a super large format, high quality porcelain, timber look tile. Again, super large format is something we specialise in, so our clients can always have piece of mind they can quite literally use whatever there imagination can come up with.. Internal ~ 1200mm x 1200mm White wash parquetry, interlocking design, Rectified edge, Vitrified Italian Porcelain in 14mm ... External ~ 1194mm x 224mm Linear Oakwood, Rectified edge, Full faced Italian Porcelain 12mm The internal tiles are something to really behold, high detail, highest qaulity with minimal grout lines, offsetting the colours in the kitchen and carpet. The external tiles are again of the highest quality fitment, layed as intended, super tight grout lines, absolutely flat for a perfect finish. Thanks again mate. On to the next one. I really push my clients to literally select anything they want to achieve there dream result, without the stress of being too hard for others. 05.01.2022 We have a couple of really cool little projects on the go at the moment, so some progress pictures on one of them. Our glass component pool in Upper Corindi. This job was done a little different as we didn’t set the heights for our coping which dictates the overlay setup of the pool. We have adjusted it, but we are set by the previous trades. In 99% of cases we handle absolutely everything when it comes to heights. It’s absolutely critical and we never want to rely on other t...rades. Tiles we are using for this project are from ColorTile Coffs Harbour Coping, Body and surrounds are 20mm rectified Bluestone style porcelain slabs in a 600x600mm format The glass component are Leyla Mosaic Pty Limited which we use in the majority of our pools, high quality, silicone dotted mosaic sheets.. Heavy, accurate and high quality, in all my years they are probably the best quality mosaic on the market. 322mm x 644mm format, in the MYKINOS non pearl shade. A few progress pictures for you, we have to finish building the stairs to the height we want, we are again putting a keystoned feature in the floor around the self cleaning system which is like our signature I put on all my glass projects.. 03.01.2022 Korora Project The owners came to us with the front of the relatively new home, bare, with huge water problems stemming from the overhead gutter, and the entire driveway fall creeping into this section. So it was constantly under water with zero drainage. So after a brief discussion we came up with a solution. Of re-bedding a screed so we can manipulate the water, installed a strip drain to get that all that water away efficiently and used some incredibly beautiful Portuguese... Silver Travertine.
