19.01.2022 The idea of forgiveness reflects a culture where people who have been abused are blamed for the difficult experiences they live with as a result of their abuse.
19.01.2022 wise wise words - there are plenty of people who will advise you, but how many of them actually live it or live with the repercussions - trust YOU

11.01.2022 #Repost @realdepressionproject The coronavirus has been declared a pandemic - the widespread impact it is having is truly devastating. There has be...en a lot of attention of course on the physical health consequences, the societal impact, the economic impact... but very little on the impact it is having on mental health Unfortunately it looks like the situation is getting worse and will continue to (at least short-term) - this is why it’s so important to: 1) Acknowledge the role it will/ is having on your mental health (as illustrated in this post) 2) Prioritise your mental health ESPECIALLY during this period - the outer world is very uncertain / volatile at present which makes our inner world vulnerable. Please look after it! . . Please share to raise awareness of the mental health impacts - there’s been so little coverage of them and it’s so important to raise awareness of this . . #iWILL #CommunityConnections #MHmatters #YouMatter #HealingForward #iMATTER #CelebrationOfHope #MentalHealthBV #MentalWellness #BVcares #anxietysupport #anxietyawareness #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthsupport #mentalillness #endthestigma #breakthestigma #stopthestigma #itsokaynottobeokay #realdepressionproject #thedepressionproject

10.01.2022 We act more introverted as we get older. Psychologists call this intrinsic maturation. It means our personalities become more balanced like a kind of fine wine that mellows with age,
09.01.2022 Children raised in families with narcissistic parents can suffer tremendous emotional abuse
09.01.2022 If you have any mental health issues - we help people with other NSW fines who are having trouble paying them,by organising Work and Development Orders, during the time of COVID-19.

08.01.2022 I think this post is amazing - if someone has a problem with communication - why do so many adults denigrade, insult, show little patience or label them????? It is the adults who need the help. I see it repeatedly in my practice... adults who dont recognise that a child with special needs should be treated with sensitivity not derision.
07.01.2022 Listen to what some of the most famous African Americans have to say about race relations and their thoughts on dealing with racism.
05.01.2022 Here’s what lone parents need: A friend. A meal. An offer to drive a child somewhere. A babysitter. A night off. We are fine, but we are also probably not fine.

02.01.2022 On Friday 15th November 2019, this poor excuse of a human being was sentenced to 6 years prison at Downing Centre District Court for vile acts he had committed ...against three children. After four years he may be allowed out on parole back into our communities. While he sat in the dock of the Court, he was on-looked by his wife Christine, his daughter Rebecca, his daughter Katie along with his sister-in-law Narelle and nephew John. The three victims and their family members were also present. After listening to each of the three victims in that court room tell that mongrel how his actions have impacted on their lives by reading out their Victim Impact Statements was a very empowering moment for those girls. With tears running down their faces, they found the strength and were able to look that mongrel in the face while addressing the court. Some of those family members present, there supporting him, held their heads in shame. To think that we all (victims & their families) once trusted THAT family with our lives is just gut wrenching. What he has done and taken advantage of is the lowest form of betrayal anyone can do to another human being, let alone a child. HOW DARE he take those girls’ innocence away from them! HOW DARE he take something for himself. Something that no child should EVER have to give to an adult!!! How dare he blame his loveless marriage & the fact that his marriage was over the day his daughter was put in a wheelchair back in the 80’s. If he has done this to girls in the first 10 years of the 2000’s then we feel there must be more victims out there from the 1980’s-1990’s. This mongrel is in his early 70’s now. He lived and worked in the Eastern Suburbs, of Sydney Australia as a tiler his whole ‘career’, he had his own tiling business. He was colloquially known as Reg Glasheen, (actually his initials), however his full name is Roy Ernest Glasheen. Please share this post and his photo as far and wide as you can as we want other potential victims out there to know that they need to come forward and report it to the police. You will be heard. He needs to be held to account for his actions.
