23.01.2022 The second element of this courtyard conversion; window removal and brickwork adaptation for sliding timber door installation and staircase. Providing easy access from the internal kitchen/living area to the newly created outdoor BBQ area!

21.01.2022 The final piece to the puzzle on this job; the renewal of the boundary fence. Demolition of the existing masonry fence, and laying new concrete footings was the only way to ensure the integrity of the new fence construction. The new fence adds a little more character and provides extra privacy for the entertaining area. The custom lacework on the side gate looks fantastic, and fits perfectly in with the era of the entire house.

18.01.2022 Multiple Internal load bearing wall removal with the extra time and effort taken to hide the new beams above the ceiling line, so that there is no visible bulk head what so ever. It's this sort of attention to detail that make such a big difference! The external window alteration adds to the fantastic open plan Living/Kitchen area with maximised natural light. The time was taken to remove and reinstall existing floor boards in the living room in order for the new floor boards in the kitchen to be installed seamlessly.
