25.01.2022 Life Pharmacy Group will be joining the annual Hire Express Beyond Bitumen Rally in support of Beyond Blue later this month. Each year LPG's team, The Cavaliers, enter their signature custom-built car in the three-day rally across mud, dirt, sand and all other landscapes to raise funds and support for mental health awareness. This year's rally will take place between 27th - 30th November and will take participants through Goulburn, Nimmitabel, Jindabyne, Wagga Wagga, Albury a...nd many other towns, finishing in Tumbarumba. 17.01.2022 As we enter the warmer months it's important to be aware of Sun Safety, and the ways you can protect yourself from sun damage. The sun produces ultraviolet rays (UV), which cause sunburn and are the main cause of skin cancer in Australia. UV rays can also cause premature ageing and eye damage due to overexposure without protection. During the summer make sure to check the UV Ratings each day to know when to apply sunsceen, and what level of SPF protection to use. Sun protecti...on is recommended when the UV rating is 3 or higher!
