Also, should something go wrong, they are serviced by us. So you don't have to try and explain your problem to person on the phone in India or Singapore.

14.01.2022 --------=== PLEASE PEOPLE - BACKUP YOUR DATA ===-------- A backup means you have a SECOND copy of your info. That does not mean MOVING it to an external drive. When the drive dies, and it will eventually, you may lose everything. We've had 3 people with dead HDDs in 3 weeks: 1 - Customer lost all photos of kids and all business data. Paid a recovery centre over $800 to get the data back.... 2 - Customer lost all business data. Considering closing the business or spending up to $1000 to send it to a data recovery centre. 3 - Customer lost all photos, including those of kids and grandkids. We've spent 5 days trying to recover them. Less than half were recoverable.
