24.01.2022 The Armidale Golf Club is looking for casual bar staff. RSA & RCG required. Experience working in a bar is a must . Your main shifts ( and permanent shifts) will be Friday and Saturdays. There will be more regular shifts for you in the coming weeks ( days and hours will be discussed ). November and December is a very busy time for us , so we are looking now to ensure staff are trained and ready to go ! We are looking for outgoing and enthusiastic individuals for this role ! ...Attention to details and motivation is also a must. As a small club - team work goes along way !! 22.01.2022 Just a reminder everyone! Tomorrow - Sunday 6th - The greens team will the begin coring. As of 12 pm, mid day , holes 1 - 9 will be closed. Only the back 9 will be open for play !!! Coring will continue Monday , Tuesday and Wednesday. So if you are struggle to book in for competitions on those days, there are no comps being held :)

21.01.2022 Hello players With the latest forecast of showers continuing this morning, we taken the decision to postpone the Mazda bigbam until a date to be fixed. There will still be a medley stableford for those that need their golf fix. The clubhouse is still open so if you decide not to play today, come on out and enjoy the great new lunch menu we have.

17.01.2022 Winter hasn't quiet finished with us yet. The prediction for Saturday is for very cold and windy conditions. In consultation with the day's sponsors, it has been decided to postpone the American foursomes. This event will now be played on Saturday 26th September. There will still be golf on Saturday with a medley stableford for club trophies.

As the festive (and indulgent) season is upon us and celebrations are coming back in full swing, we are able to provide you with that special cake to top off a great celebration!!... 12.01.2022 You may notice a little disturbance tomorrow, as the bottle and can crew are out on the course concreting another new path between the 11th and 2nd tee! Thanks again to the amazing work by all involved to continually improve the course, it is greatly appreciated by all.

09.01.2022 Some good news and some bad news. The greens coring due to start today has been postponed due to machinery breakdown. The coring will now start next Monday. The good news is that we have now opened up booking sheets for tomorrow and Wednesday. The bad news is there will be no comps on Tuesday 15th and Wednesday 16th September.

09.01.2022 Massive storm yesterday afternoon. We were very lucky that this tree just missed the 1st green. We asking players to patient as it will be a few days before it can be all cleaned up. Normal GUR rules apply and the bunker is out play until further notice.

04.01.2022 With the current conditions relating to COVID 19 we sadly announce that the Men's and Ladies jugs have been cancelled for 2020. Our major concern was to be able to provide a tournament that would be safe for all our staff, members and visitors but under the current conditions we couldn't provide that promise. We look forward to providing a bigger and better Armidale jug tournament in 2021 and invite everyone back to join us then. In the mean time we wish the best to everyone and ask you to stay safe in these horrible times
