24.01.2022 Completed restoration of a Japanese steel fishing knife. 13cm clip point stainless steel blade with hardwood handle. Came to me with an uneven, chipped and slightly rusted blade and loose handle pieces. This knife is now for sale for $20.

19.01.2022 Next up we have the Reasonable- A bit smaller coming in with an overall length of 25cm, handle at 10cm and a blade length of 15cm at 5mm thick! Finished with an oiled local Red Gum handle. This one is currently going for $50

19.01.2022 These are the before shots of the last 3 restorations I did. The bread/carving knife was in the best condition out of them, with the "Forever Sharp" coming in dead last.

19.01.2022 And last, but not least, the Twerp- With an overall length of 15cm, handle at 7cm and blade length of 8cm with a thickness of 3mm. Finished with an oiled Red Gum handle. This little beauty is currently going for $30.

16.01.2022 Just edited a new flyer. Came out good!

15.01.2022 Just finished up a few new file knives, all for sale! First we have the Chonk - 30cm long, with a 11cm handle and 19cm blade at 6mm thick! Finished with an tinted oiled Tasman Oak handle. This one is currently going for $75

14.01.2022 Complete restoration. "Forever Sharp" Santoku knife. Stainless steel blade with a hollow molded steel handle. Came to me dull as a butter knife and patches of surface rust along the blade. This knife is now for sale for $10

13.01.2022 Completed restoration. Japanese bread/carving knife with an 18.5cm stainless steel blade with duel serrations and a hardwood handle. This one came to me with scratches all along and mineral deposits caked in the serration lines. This knife is now for sale for $20.

06.01.2022 Happy fathers day to my day Leigh and my may as well be father-in-law David and the rest of the fathers out there! Hope you all enjoy your day. Now I can finally show off the pics of the new knife I made up, the Cube. Made from a Nicholson Wiltshire 2nd cut bastard file with a Japanese Tanto inspired blade and finished with a lightly tinted and oiled camphor wood handle. Hope you enjoy it dad!
