24.01.2022 Today saw me visiting the Brisbane Hackerspace at Hamilton- the area has changed a lot in the four years since I last worked there. The staff were friendly and 3d printers, laser cutters and heavier tools abounded. Sadly they do not own a hair dryer so my paint had to dry on its own. It was intended as a precon cosplay jam and of the 11 people who said they were going we had 7 turn up. Did I work on any cosplay? sadly no, just donuts.

17.01.2022 I have been playing with the superlight clay from Claytastic and have created some tasty looking biscuits. These are unpainted- just the colour of the clay.

17.01.2022 My mate Ashley Smith wandered over this afternoon and hung out for a couple of hours. We built him a shield to fight with at one of the local Larps. Shield is made from corflute, eva floormat, camping mate and craft foam, with the handgrip being pvc pipe. Total build and painting time about three and a half hours.

10.01.2022 At the cosplay event at Cafe de SOYT I have first played with my new 3d pen. Still a lot of work to go, but I am getting the hang of it. Maybe it is a key, or atleast the start of one., then I made 3 rings that will be braided into dreadlocks.
