19.01.2022 This legend has decided to take his first steps into olympic weight lifting! After doing a health assessment with Jordan, we found that his tight achilies is throwing his squat out of place You can also see from the video that as the body leans forward, Jordan compensates by either throwing the arms further backwards or the lower back starts to arch excessively in attempt to pull the chest into a more stable postion. This then puts massive pressure on the lower back or i...n the shoulders. I have gone through a program with Jordan to help fix this and a few other areas which will in turn improve his mobility, allowing him to add load to his over head squat and even front squat. I'm super excited to get Jordan and yourself training in a more meaningful and efficient way!

08.01.2022 Front squat 100kg 3x3 - working weakness in my upper back. You can maybe see how I will sometimes struggle to keep my chest up, which also compresses my lungs restricting me from taking a full breath. I am then not able to brace hard enough and soon fail once I clean/front squat a certain load. To fix this issue is to work accessories to strengthen my upper back and prevent my body from collasping. There is work to be done.

If you struggle jumping after the power sit up part of the movement, just practice sitting up part of the movement with a weight in your hand. ...
