25.01.2022 Problem. Solution.

25.01.2022 At AQ headquarters, we are not afraid to tackle the big issues. Today we are running a snake challenge. Which snakes are better and why. Whats your choice?

23.01.2022 Corporate Australias past and present came together at the Museum of Contemporary Art last night to mark the 50th Anniversary of our family business. When Bob Armstrong founded the business in 1969, he created Australias corporate communication design industry - 50 years later that same business, is not only alive and well but remains a leader and innovator in the industry. There has been such a dramatic change in technology, communication and culture through the period fro...m 1969 to 2019. The company, now known as ArmstrongQ (AQ), not only adapted to all the challenges but, 50 years on, has emerged stronger than ever. AQ turned corporate reporting into a creative art form during the golden years of annual reports and remains one of the most respected names in the industry today. Our unique photo-journalistic visual communication methods set the way for others to follow. We devised ways of reducing annual report complexity and dramatically improving comprehension and engagement. Our success is not only attributable to what we do but to the amazing support we have received and continue to receive from our clients, in particular our long standing clients.

21.01.2022 To nurture creativity for Christmas this year, instead of sharing gifts, ArmstrongQ is donating to Redkite whose music therapy program helps young cancer patients express themselves and cope with the stresses that cancer brings. Like us and share our Christmas message on Facebook to help us spread the word, and we will donate an extra $1 for every like.

13.01.2022 Three of Australias leading industry experts in the electricity sector came together on April 26 to launch the 2016 edition of On Power, The Challenge of Modernity. Keith Orchison, Editor of On Power; John Bradley, CEO of ENA and Mark Coughlin, Energy, Utilities and Mining leader PwC.... A key focus of the discussion was the lack of clear policy alignment across state and federal jurisdictions and the need for a technology neutral approach to meeting Australias emissions targets and providing a safe, reliable supply of electricity.

07.01.2022 Celebrated half a century of ArmstrongQ with founder Bob Armstrong last night. Bob was only 7 years in to his 50 years when he took a gamble on making a sportin...g documentary about a 49 year old marathon swimmer as he tackled the English Channel for the 10th time. Bob needed a name for the film and asked dad his thoughts. Dad told Bob that he had swum the Channel more than any other person. Always the thinker and ideas man Bob immediately came with the title King of the Channel. In addition he had a beautiful sculptured bust trophy of Captain Matthew Webb made to celebrate the male swimmer with the most crossings. This is currently held by the great Englishman Kevin Murphy with 34 and hotly on his webbed feet is another great Englishman Michel Read with 33. Dad made it to 19 crossings before retiring. And by the way the gamble paid off with King of the Channel winning the Logie for best Australian sporting documentary of 1976. This paved the way for Nothing Great is Easy in 1977 and Iron Men of the Seas in 1979. Congrats Bob and thank you for the continued friendship between the Armstrong and Renford families. See more

02.01.2022 Congratulations to Adrian, Glenn and the Aspen Medical team. Here at ArmstrongQ we like to help tell stories of great Australian companies. So were delighted that one of our clients, the founders of Aspen Medical were announced as the winners of the 2016 EY Entrepreneur of the Year a few weeks back. Our resident corporate storyteller, Jaqui Lane spent several months interviewing and researching the Aspen Medical 10th anniversary book, A decade of making a difference. From s...tart-up to a global leader in innovative healthcare solutions. Jaqui comments that: Both Adrian and Glenn are passionate, driven and dynamic leaders, prepared to take risks. The team at Aspen Medical share their passion and have made a difference to the lives of many people around the world. It was a privilege to have the opportunity to spend time with Adrian, Glenn and the team and it might be that we need to update the book for their 15th anniversary in a few years. We wish them both the best of the luck at the worldwide awards in Monte Carlo, June 2017.
