02.01.2022 Really enjoyed creating this playful piece while listening to a few webinars this week. Often people see ‘doodling’ as a distraction but it can actually help some of us (me included!) more focused. For me, it stops my mind from wandering. If I can’t draw I’ll take notes - notes I know I’ll never refer back to but the act of writing helps me to listen attentively #intuitiveart #artastherapy #arnicaartstudio
