16.01.2022 We are responsible for our success or lack of it. What is success is a term that has different meaning to each individual. WHAT REALLY IS SUCCESS... Dictionary says: 1.the accomplishment of an aim or purpose. 2.the good or bad outcome of an undertaking. So whatever you have taken up to do. Study. Marriage, raising a family, growing a garden, writing a story, learning a language, looking after an animal, drawing, painting, building a business, improving your health, buying a house, travelling (holiday/study/work), cooking, getting a job, competing in a sport, decorating a home or a cake, sewing,etc Result tell you if you are a success or a failure. And, more importantly, be careful not to compare or judge yourself too quickly. For example, your cake may not look as good as you like so rather than judge yourself a failure , and perhaps give up, REALIZE you need more practice. PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT! Just because you have not achieved your goal YET does NOT MEAN you failed and certainly DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE A FAILURE! Have another go! Try try try again, not until you get it right but until you cannot get it wrong! We all have the POWER TO SUCCEED! We all need to notice small successes and acknowledge them and keep going UNTIL... Like the natives who said when asked how long do they dance the dance rain to get rain: "DANCE UNTIL IT RAINS" No one has failed as long as they are alive and having a go! (Never give up trying)

Lower stress by looking at the little things that stress you at work, at home, in relationships, in your body, as they pile up to become a big deal Whenever we feel afraid or stressed we have the tendency to hold our breath. Take deep breaths. Count to four while you inhale. Hold the breath in for four counts. Count to four while you exhale. Repeat 4 times. (Check how you feel)

If you would love to learn to DANCE if you would love to learn how to SAIL YOUR OWN YACHT if you would love to study Italian if you would love to be a MUSICIAN if you would love to be a SCIENTIST if you would love to be an INVENTOR if you would love to be a business owner if you would love to be a PERFORMER if you would love to be a PARENT YOU are MEANT TO DO those things! YOU are MEANT TO BE those things! You are meant to be laughing and full of JOY. You are meant to feel STRONG and SAFE. You are meant to FEEL GOOD about YOU and know YOU ARE INVALUABLE!
