09.01.2022 Today I am diffusing doTERRA’s black spruce, lemongrass and Spikenard. I haven’t tried this combo before. I chose them intuitively and BAM I love it. Did you know that a diffuser is not the only way to diffuse these precious oils? Just a couple of drops of your favourite essential oil on natural beaded jewellery is an awesome way to diffuse on the go. Today I chose doTERRA’s Elevation, which is their Joyful Blend. I put it on my bracelets and on the top of the necklace so it... is in contact with my neck.
