22.01.2022 On wednesday we did a training on how to mix oils together for some common ailments, Inow carry around in my bag a allergy remedy in a roller ball bottle. How many of us at this time of year are sneezing, have itchy eyes, runny noses, This remedy is for you after applying it to my temples within 5 minutes my allergies were gone, after about 4 hrs I started with the same itchy eyes,sneezing so I apply I again. I started applying it every 3-4hrs or whenever I could feel the onset the allergy. This roller ball remedy is a great way to help allergies with-out the need for medication. i now have recipes for lots of ailments. I can do work shops to show everyone how easy it is. 20.01.2022 Today I would like to write about 3 amazing products that I am now using. doterra's Women's supplements. Bone nuitrient, Phytoestrogen and Clary Calm. 2 months ago I was not feeling well and decided to go to the doctors. I was always cranky, tired, my brain was foggy and I wanted to lash out at my husband and children. The doctor sent me for a range of tests and it came back that I was low in estrogen and iron. 01.01.2022 Next Wednesday 15 May at 11.00am I will be conducting a cooking workshop. The workshop in at my shop in Howard,76 Steley st Howard. This work shop is about using doTerra OIls in cooking and smoothies. The cost will be $5.00. For $5.00 you get to sample some yummy food and shakes and get shown how easy it is to incorporate Doterra OIls into every day life. I will also have some very knowledge people helping me. They will be able to help answer any questions you might have. Their names are Val and Daryl. Val and Daryl will also be bringing with them a zyto machine which can analyse what foods are beneficial for your body. This scan is included in the entry price.
