23.01.2022 Keep insect away the more natural way. Note... this is a mixture for adults. Buy a bottle of pure olive oil in a dark glass bottle. 500ml. Add 20 drops of essential oil of Rose geranium. Plus 20 drops of eucalyptus. 10 drops of lavender and 10 drops of lemongrass. Advise citronella Citronella oil seems to be safe for most people when applied to the skin as an insect repellent. However, it might cause skin allergies in some people. It's UNSAFE to inhale citronella oil. Lung d...amage has been reported. Add only 5 drops of citronella with cautions. For children under 12 years of age put them in long pants sox and long sleeve tea shirts. Pat their clothes with this mixture and do not get on their skin. Same rule applies if you are going to use insect repellent sprays on children . Peppermint essential oil can be placed in a crucible but should not be added to above mixture or you will have trouble sleeping. It is also a great oil to sprinkle around your campsites to keep many pests away including rats. Do not get it on delicate skin it burns. See more

21.01.2022 No one knows enough about anything to be a pessimist. It is easy to be offended when you do not allow others to have their point of view. When you work at liking yourself you will accept that their point of view is important to them at that moment in time. When you like yourself enough you will never be offended. Keep working on you. Work on better responses. Work on being helpful and kind, loving, understanding, resourceful, courteous, and put time aside to be graciously helpful. Work on being mindful. Look for the good in others. Everyone is a mixture. Learn to deal with their negative thought patterns by not allowing their nasty side to offend you. Be Marvelously Alive. State and affirm a positive affirmation every day. Meditate in different ways every day. Learn to balance your chakras (Energy fields) every day.

As I hold and balance my throat chakra I call the colour blue to surround my throat and ears. i say, I speak my truth with mindfulness of the ripple effects. I speak with love and consideration and a sweet tone. I listen with understanding and ask for clarification. My voice is my thoughts and I will be heard without offending others. ... Note if we don't PERFECT the way we want our life to be, then our life is on a messy path. We cannot change anyone but our self. Affirmations are used to reprogram the subconscious mind, to encourage us to believe certain things about ourselves or about the world and our place within it. Finding the right style for you is vitally important. When we are stressed the tiger in us takes action. We become the person we don't like. Then we either blame someone else for our spiteful reaction or the situation. When in fact we have not taken control of our feelings. We have not been mindful of the situation nor mindful of how our reactions to our stress harms the well being of others. When you find the correct form of meditation and diligently practice each day your life runs smoother. Find the right type of meditation for you. May universal energies bless you with the will to build a fine character and a life filled with all forms of love and good health. Start your happiness journey with daily meditation. Learn to balance your own personal energy fields. I use chakra balancing daily. It has been amazing how that assists me to get what I need effortlessly. Balancing my chakras also assists me to exercise unconditional love when thoes I love are being rude or unkind to me. It is their feelings at that moment that are messed up not mine. If you become upset or react then you are as unbalanced as they are and no one is in the right. It will become a mindless argument. You can not keep dismissing people from your life. What you can do is build on your own character and build on your own peaceful energy exchange. Alow them to vent and get it all out. Breathe deeply and release their negative energy into the atmospheres. By balancing your chakras daily you will be amazed at how well you feel. 19.01.2022 It is Springtime in Australia a great time to plant herbs in a pot and in the garden. Your skin can be easily exfoliated during spring and summer at the beach or while swimming in a clean river or lake. Massage olive or coconut oil into your skin. Sit on the waters edge and use the sand to massage into your skin in a circular motion. Start with your feet, toes, then your legs. Do every inch of your body. Your face and ears should be done last. Don't forget your scalp and t...o be gentle around the delicate eye area. Next, go for a swim and rub all the sand off your body. I usually take biodegradable soap with me, after my swim again sit on the water edge and foam up my scalp and body then take another swim. After sun massage oil. In a narrow neck dark glass bottle add 95ml olive oil 5ml wheat germ oil 5 drops Essential oil of Rose Geranium 20 drops Essential oil of Lavender To apply Either add one tablespoon to a warm bath and soak for 15 minutes or Take a shower and after you towel dry, massage into your face a body. If you intend to massage into your scalp you must do so before the shower and while your hair is dry. After massaging the oil into your scalp and hair next massage your shampoo into your scalp before you wet your hair.

Staying up to 2 meters away from others is little help. If the wind or breeze is behind the infected person and it's heading your way that social distancing is of little to no help.
