23.01.2022 Yesterday at the supermarket I simply allowed a gentleman to pass in front of me and my heavier trolley at the checkout. This man turned to me and said May a paradise of birds fly over your house What a poetic thing to say and such a lovely exchange of energy and kindness!! Today I am mindfully watching and listening to the birds in a state of gratitude. As I continue to practice my daily Reiki Principles, more and more I am open to receiving such blessings!

I no longer complain or get mad at myself or other people. Complaining about what I do not have is one way to handle a situation, but it does not change anything. When I love myself and find myself in the midst of a negative situation, I can say something such as: I am willing to release the pattern in my consciousness that contributed to this condition. I have made negative choices in the past, but this does not mean that I am a bad person, nor am I stuck with these negative choices. I release old judgments and love myself unconditionally
