08.01.2022 Today I am delighted to tell you about Openground's inspiring retreat at Hepburn Springs. If you really wish for some peace and quiet, this experience is for you. Led by Maggie and Nik, two qualified meditation teachers, we stayed at the charming Continental guest house. Each morning we had a yoga class, followed by breakfast. Then some guided meditation which was comfortable to follow. Then 1 1/2 hours of bushwalk in the beautiful forest. This was followed by an excellent vegetarian lunch (all meals are vegetarian). The rest of the day and evening included being pampered in the unique Turkish hammam (steam room). This was built by the present owner so that guests could experience the healing power of steam and exfoliation. I feel so lucky that I was able to be part of this and I feel restored and relaxed.
