Recently we had some marketing photos taken at Aroma Touch and our therapists took turns giving and receiving a massage while our photographer snapped away. The most common complaint from our therapists was that they spend their days perfecting their technique in order to offer their clients the very best massage however they are never able to experience the benefits of their study & practice themselves!... 03.01.2022 Our top three favourite essential oils wouldnt be complete without... EUCALYPTUS!!! Eucalyptus is a fantastic decongestant. ... When a couple of small drops are mixed with hot water, breathing in the steam reduces and loosens mucas, helping relieve coughs and congestion. Like tea tree oil eucalyptus can also be used to treat minor cuts and burns - it both helps to prevent infection and has anti-inflammatory properties. Lastly, Eucalyptus oil is amazing at removing stickers. If your delightful cherubs put stickers where they shouldnt be, soak a make-up pad in eucalyptus and then allow this to soak into the sticker. Once soaked, use the make-up pad to wipe to remove the sticker and residue!

In essence Diana noticed in an uncomfortable and over-crowded bus trip that she enjoyed the forced physical contact of her knee, pressing against the knee of another passenger.... As a journalist, she questioned why, this forced contact, in a setting involving no intimacy, with a complete stranger provided her with such comfort? Dianas research lead her to multiple studies around humans innate need for physical contact.
