24.01.2022 Dear Customers, This is a direct COVID-19 pandemic notice For the past few weeks, our management have been following the updates from the Department of Health website and the World Health recommendations daily. Our staff have also been applying very stringent infection control and hygiene protocols. ... But since our business profession involves being in close proximity and sharing the air for an extended time in a small room, a virus like this can be spread very quickly despite the best infection control and hygiene precautions. Due to the nature of COVID19, people could be asymptomatic for at least several days but still be contagious. Some people have contracted the virus and had virtually no symptoms at all. The Australian Government has now mandated social distancing measures to try to control the spread of COVID19. Pre-emptive social distancing and good hygiene are the two most powerful tools we have to manage the rate of virus transmission and slow down the enormous load on our medical facilities all at once. With that said by the Australian Government, our business is taking this situation seriously and have decided to take action now to temporarily suspend the practice to slow the curve of COVID19 spread and lessen the sudden overload on our medical facilities locally. If you have a session booked in the next two weeks, it is currently cancelled for the time being. AROMAZ MASSAGE DO NOT make this decision lightly as this practice is the primary source of income for some of our staffs. At this stage, we dont know how long this suspension will be in effect, but we will keep all our customers informed. We would prefer to be over cautious and err on the side of safety, rather than potentially regret not taking actions sooner.
