25.01.2022 First it was hip tightness, then came the hip flexors, after a tonne of front squats, ankle mobilisation and chiropractor appointments the beast @andyrichardson95 can finally squat like a god! Proud of those legs!!!

17.01.2022 So proud of this little pocket rocket! Only a few weeks in and shes squatting to depth, over head pressing and deadlifting with great response from her hinges. Jo came to me after having a few trainers coach her. She was worried her form was imperfect, bad news is shed never been progressed or coached to perform barbell movements properly, good news is she had the muscle memory and drive necessary to perform the big 4 compound lifts! #unstoppable

05.01.2022 Feel good inc. Podiatrist says I need 4 degree arch supports, I tell him ok. Although natural footed squats are important you shouldnt neglect pain, and my feet have cause a lot! Better squats to come.

05.01.2022 From his first session of legs with week long crippling DOMS. From hitting his first front squat PB of 80. From only back squatting for a bit over two months with his previous PB of 80 @andyrichardson95 hit a 95kg back squat with a 15KG increase onto his 1rm after 4 weeks of a max training cycle (used to prep the body and Brian for high intensity)... Well done andos and lets keep milking (almond milk) those linear progression Lower body gains!

01.01.2022 Afternoon those of you reading this! Pic 1: 106kg Pic 2:... 96kg Im stronger, leaner, wider and more confident than ever! Well... self confidence is a big part of staying motivated with training and especially areas that hardly grow (my back has always been an issue) and when youve been inhibited for over 5 years you start to become complacent with your quality of life and health. Only when in pain do you truly understand how good it is to be without sickness or injury. Not sure what kind of response this will attract but just know Im trying my best and will promise to always strive for better every day from here on out. Im bad at this
