We work closel...y with participants and support coordinators to maximise participant's funding and reach their goals. We support providers where they lack knowledge. Invoices are processed for approval within 24hrs, and, payments to providers made between 2-5 working days if there’s no errors on the invoices, depending on how long participants take to approve providers invoices through our app approval process. We provide monthly expense review of a participant’s spending against budget for decision making on coordinating ongoing and future supports. Where required, we are available to discuss scenario based forecasting for participants. .
