23.01.2022 Working in the muscles and strength in the sunshine! Consistency is key! When youre starting out It doesnt matter how heavy, how many sets how many reps, what matters is that you show up everyday even when you dont want to, and thats when the changes happen! Wednesday- we love you

13.01.2022 STRONG!! Today I stood back and watched these girls smash out this strength session. Their faces and effort showed it was a tough one, but the progression these guys have made over the last few months had been incredible! Its about feeling good, feeling better and letting all the shit that can pile on top of us go- even if its just for 45mins. ... Love training these guys

12.01.2022 Lets go Monday!!! This week is bring a buddy or your hubby to train for free!! If you have a bestie that you want to train with, or you and hubby or wifey want to have a little friendly competition on the fitness front, or you just need someone to hold you accountable, or lets face it, who doesnt like training with a mate (especially when its FREE!!) get down to the park this week and jump on our buddy sessions ... EVERYONE WELCOME!!!!

Find what excites you, gets you pumped, find your tribe, your people that are there for you and support you! Outdoors, indoors, PT, group fitness, walking, swimming, yoga... so much to choose from- just choose and commit and stay true! One body- one life!!! You dont have time to train?? Do you have time to be sick then??...? Your choice! Stop with the excuses, cause they will not get you what you want - dont give in! Go out and get it! NO EXCUSES TO FEELING GREAT!

07.01.2022 Check out this healthy family friendly recipe. (Serves 2- so double or triple quantity for 4 or 6 ppl!) Red Chicken Curry and Brown Rice... Ingredients 200g raw chicken breast, diced 150g cauliflower florets 150g green beans, ends trimmed 1 tbsp. dried coriander Microwave brown rice (time saving legend) Red Curry Sauce 45g brown onion, chopped 1 garlic clove, crushed 1/2 tsp. cumin 1/2 tsp. ground coriander 2 tsp. red curry paste 150ml canned coconut cream (light) 80g canned crushed tomatoes Himalayan salt 2ml extra virgin olive oil Directions Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium temperature and saute' the onions with garlic for a minute Mix in the chicken, spices, coriander, salt, and curry paste and cook for a further 4-5 minutes until fragrant Add the coconut cream and crushed tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes until it starts to thicken and the chicken is cooked through Cook rice as per packet instructions. Add more water if required Steam the cauliflower and green beans until softened (Sample pic)

You may look at this pic and think oh a bunch of fit girls- I could never do that... Well - yes you can. These girls started just where you are, we have good days and bad days, we have days that we conquer the workout and days when it feels too hard, days when the weather is against us, the kids are crazy, we had a tough time at work, we feel stressed, we still turn up and support each other. We are a team together and without sounding too cringy- there is no Iin team, just empowerment, encouragement and the same goal to leave feeling stronger, smiling and ready to face our day!
