23.01.2022 Please note Our phone for ARROW has crashed. For all animal emergencies please call 0400710651 or RSPCA on 1300264625 Sorry for any inconvenience

21.01.2022 Hang on Son, Friday afternoon and we are out of here. Have a great weekend.

19.01.2022 ARROW would like to recognise the AMAZING donation of food and medical supplies from the generous folks at the rescue collective! Your donation will be going out to the carers that need it to support feed the wildlife affected by the extreme conditions they are facing out there at this time as well as the animals Currently in care. Again thank you, on behalf of the wildlife.

19.01.2022 Message from the President: Today we honored the passing of Ray Lewis. Ray was the Vice president of ARROW and supported the committee through some good and some hard times. He stepped in when needed and held the position for the last few years, supporting the group and basing all his decisions on the best outcome for the wildlife in care.... His calm and gentle nature was a pleasure to be around, he was a friend to many and had an ear and a shoulder to everyone who needed it. Ray always had a story for every occasion. Ray had a deep love of wildlife, this love was passed onto the Lewis family who are heavily involved in the rehabilitation and rescue of wildlife in the somerset and beyond, and have been involved with ARROW since its inception in 2004. We would like to thank the Lewis family for their commitment to wildlife, their contribution is hugely valued and we stand with them in this time. Thank you Ray Lewis, you will be missed. -Caroline

17.01.2022 Lexi the koala finished her rehabilitation at Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital and was released onto our property today! Found cold and alone in the middle of th...e road in Toogoolawah, rescuers transported her to RSPCA QLD Wildlife Hospital for treatment. After being cared for by a specialised wildlife carer, Lexi was then sent to Koala Kindy at the Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital, where she built up her strength, socialised and learned all the necessary skills for life in the wild. Big thanks to IKPS - Ipswich Koala Protection Society, A.R.R.O.W Wildlife rehabilitation, RSPCA QLD and Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors for all the work they do for these precious animals, and a special thanks to Marilyn and Max for bringing Lexi here.

16.01.2022 A local Mary (fb name Is Mudrat Aroin) Came to the Rescue of this little one today. So grateful she stopped and helped. Poor little one had some really hot feet. Please be careful when driving you never know where these guys are.

16.01.2022 It is with great sadness that we share this post. Ray was a great lover of all animals but had a passion for wildlife that he not only passed down to his daughter Charlie, but shared with all that knew him. On moving to Toogoolawah in 1979 he was the first wildlife rescuer / carer in the area. He continued his passion through life. Later becoming Vice President of A.R.R.O.W. He held this position with pride until his passing on the 5th October 2019. We invite all past and present members and associates tomorrow to Ray’s funeral service as per the attached notice.

04.01.2022 Please leave water dishes out in Safe spots away from dogs and cats. Our wildlife needs a little extra help during this heat

01.01.2022 A good idea for getting water into trees for the wildlife. Make sure you follow the instructions and put the small ramp in so smaller animals don’t drown
