06.01.2022 Installation Complete Another great installation by the ARS Team today in @proserpineprimaryschool. Here is an example of an Anti-Vandal cage set up that offers protection to customers that might have outdoor condensing units in vulnerable areas and worried about their equipment being damaged or stolen, the unit sits on a stand that allows cleaning with a garden hose to be carried out underneath and behind the unit so there’s no build up of leaves or debris. Both the stand... and the cage are securely fastened to the wall and floor. 06.01.2022 This is an example of why it is important to have a preventative maintenance schedule in place or if you don’t why you should. This blocked filter is causing: 1). Restricted air flow from supply vents. 2). Excessive power usage due to unit running for longer periods to reach set point.... 3). Dust particles sticking on moving parts such as fan motors and valves. 4). Possibility of a coil freeze up due to no air flow resulting in damaged equipment or expensive callout fees to correct these issues that are preventable. This is just one of multiple checks we do when carrying preventative maintenance schedules, a healthy unit is a more efficient and longer lasting unit.
