07.01.2022 In llight of the PM’s latest address it will be necessary for gym goers to find other ways to keep up their health and fitness. Staying fit and strong supports your immune system so we need to remain as active as possible. I will be training clients from their homes, in public outdoor spaces, and I have a small training space available in Coombabah with a variety of equipment. We don’t need rows of cardio equipment and weight racks to work our body. We just need guidance and determination. Stay safe everyone
