24.01.2022 Winterfest 2109, To everyone's surprise, the weather turned on a superb day for this year's premiere event. I managed to finish off some great new items, which attracted intent interest, plus some additional "dress" for our gazebos. We're looking forward to Sunday and the crowds of guests attending.

21.01.2022 This coming Saturday, 28-04-2018, is the Off Grid Living Festival at Eldorado Victoria. Everything you ever wanted to know about leaving the Rat Race and go "Grizzly Adams" ( bit of an old reference there! ). View the attached images for more details. 16.01.2022 Adrian, seen here, is one happy customer after purchasing a hand forged meat cleaver at the recent Off-Grid Living Festival 2019. Fantastic festival atmosphere with numerous stalls and live activities - you must not miss this event the next time round.

13.01.2022 The Arcadian Artist's Trail for 2017 is upon us! Being held on the 11th and 12th November, come out and see all of the skilled crafts and artworks that grace this once a year trail. And don't forget, bring those ideas along with you so you can arrange for that specialised one off item that you crave for. See the web site for further details and the trail brochure info. I know we'll be there with all of our pieces on show, and as usual, I'll be creating some smaller items - grab them while they're still warm!

10.01.2022 We've been so busy getting ready for Ku-ring-gai Artists Trail that I've not had the time to post anything about it! But, we're packed and ready to put on show our demonstrations and products for you to see and own. We're located on Greg and Wendy's lovely bush property ( and their wild flock of Sulphur Crested Cockatoos and Bush Turkeys ) at 46 Kissing Point Rd, South Turramurra NSW.

09.01.2022 As Rose mentions, Day 2, Winterfest 2019! As the day went on it certainly didn't feel like Winter though! Clear blue sky and sunny, forge smoke filling the air from 3 Blacksmiths, the ring of the anvils, and an other worldly scene of Medieval / Cosplay apparel abound. Another fine day to live life of simpler demands and forget the economic stress of the enforced drudgery of common normality.

08.01.2022 Out of the blue and right on the back of Winterfest, we've been asked if we could participate in this event! Bringing attention to the lack of educational pathways to retain heritage trade skills, this event hopes to bring to light the need for change in the educational system which will help those interested in hands on craft skills find ways to gain knowledge and a career path while those who have made these trades their life's blood, a way to pass on their experiences and abilities.

06.01.2022 Not far from Sydney, an easy morning's drive to historic Bathurst NSW to view some of the hand skilled trades of the past century. We're excited to be a part of this event this year and hope that you can make it out there. You can find us at the Agricultural Research Station.

05.01.2022 This Saturday, we'll be displaying and demonstrating our Blacksmithing at this fine event. Come and see the intricate dress sense, the "out of this world" accessories that most will be wearing. With numerous stalls of related items, there are very special events happening as well, like the costume parade and tea cup racing just to name a few.

04.01.2022 There was great local music on offer at the Steampunk Victoriana Fair Goulburn Waterworks on Saturday and this group, SideShowAnnie, had the place rock'n hard with the strong vocals of Gillian on stage.
