All afternoon I have struggled with this dirt road - until I started pretending I was painting water, then it started to come together! 08.01.2022 This is my home made mahl stick I made it a long time ago until I got a ‘real’ one, but it is perfect for me so I’ve never spent money on a new one. It hangs nicely over the canvas without touching it and I can lean on it to do those fine details and straight lines.
