25.01.2022 Guess what??! They have finally deemed us worthy of a Liquor License... Alcohol will be available from Wednesday the 16th of March....

21.01.2022 Well after 4 weeks (almost 5) we have a cigarette license as well... Next port of call will be the Aust Post return :) hope it all calms down a bit then to just mild pandamonium!! :)

19.01.2022 Just putting our number here as I have no idea how to edit this page and it is different to the phone book and google :) It is 08 9862 6148 Our new hours are - Mon to Fri 5.30am to 6pm ... 14.01.2022 Help... if there is anyone coming back from Albany today that could duck into PFD and pick up some coffee for me I'd be eternally grateful!! My order went from Perth to Magaret River then back to Perth Via Australia Post so I'm slightly ticked!!

11.01.2022 So our excitement for the day was an older gentleman and his caravan taking out one of our bowsers!! Then driving off like nothing had happened.... But he didn't get away because of the locals who was working on the ablution block next door (Colleen) chased him down! and back he came, unaware of the turmoil in his wake!!! Laughing because it wasn't me that did it! :)

07.01.2022 After a long hiatus here is a quick update on the store.. Our fresh hot food, including homemade pasties, sausage rolls, vanilla slices, a yummy carrot cake and now some delectable melt in your mouth melting moments seem to have been received with great gusto there will also be small take away meals inc Shepherds Pie, Bangers and Mash with onion gravy, and today's offering will be Corned Silverside with White sauce and yummy fresh veg... There is a small selection of grocer...ies available now inc bacon, cheeses, dips, cold meats,fresh cream and various dry goods... A huge thanks to those that have started to support this area already If you have any requests please don't hesitate to let us know. The dog food has been a bit of an issue this week as there was a break down a the suppliers plant, but should be back on track this week... We have also started stocking local wines, Gilberts and Downderry of Narrogin, and I can tell you with good authority that we have some of the best winery's within our immediate vicinity we will be sourcing others, so stay tuned. Main Roads will be paying us a visit soon to start the removal of the bowsers at the front of the store, so it should be interesting to see how it will be handled.. How much frontage will we lose?? 05.01.2022 Off to pick up coffee machine!!

03.01.2022 New to the store....

03.01.2022 Well we've finally opened the door spent yesterday fighting customers off while we had the electrician here and learning to use the very impressive coffee machine (so much testing of the product led to a 1.30am bed time though).... It's been a bit quiet but I'm sure we will be back on people's radar soon The boys are busy gutting to kitchen to be able to prepare our own delicious food, but for now the food available is limited to what is allowed until then. Liquor and ciga...rette license shouldn't be to long and the post office just needs some final paperwork submitted. News papers etc will be organised this week I hope so stay tuned for that So we hope to see you all soon and if there is anything you would like to see at the store and it's possible, we'll do our best to achieve it See more
