Established in 2010 by French-born head baker Bernar...d Hoff, the business has grown to employ a small and friendly team. Located in Wagga Wagga, the city is a vibrant regional centre on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River in the heart of the Riverina. With four distinct seasons, there is always something new to explore and discover including the delicious food and wine scene. This location offers a great lifestyle and many opportunities. About the position We are looking for creative, passionate pastry chef/cook to work independently in the patisserie section of the business. You will be charged with producing the Artisan’s traditional favourites, along with adding you own signature items to our shopfront cabinet. This is a five-day a week position (Tuesday to Saturday) with weekday morning starts of 5am and a Saturday start of 4am. Sunday and Monday are yours to enjoy.
