Book yourself in or buy a gift voucher for one of these classes. It would make an ideal Christmas present for a loved one in this age of accumulating experiences and skills rather than clutter. 14.01.2022 We've temporarily closed our doors to cheese-making L-platers, just until the danger of Covid19 passes. The 2020 calendar will kick back in just as soon as possible. After 2 years of terrible drought and then bushfires around us all summer, at last we have garden produce, fresh air, and grass - so green it hurts to look at - all around us, but we can't share any of it just yet. Keep well, and maybe try some simple cheeses like ricotta or yoghurt at home while you're waiting. I'll post some recipes for you.
