What you need - 2 cups of your favourite red wine, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 lb lean ground beef, salt and pepper to taste, worcestershire sauce, olive oil, burger buns, cheese slices, sliced tomatoes. Preheat your grill to medium high heat. In a medium saucepan over high heat, combine the wine with the brown sugar and stir until it dissolves. Heres what you need - 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 lb ground pork/beef, 1 cup dry wine, cup whole milk, 1 28-oz can diced tomatoes, tsp ground nutmeg, (kosher) salt and black pepper, 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, 1 lb linguine, cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese....
