24.01.2022 IMPORTANT UPDATES TO COVID RESTRICTIONS I hope everyone had a safe and happy Christmas and new year! I know we were all hoping the new year would bring a little less covid, a little more relaxation but unfortunately that isnt the case. ... You all know by now we take your health and safety as well as our own very seriously, because of this new rules have been implemented for our reopening on the 5th January. As of January all hair and beauty services require every guest of the salon to scan in via qr code and register before their service. Our digital appointment system is no longer sufficient if the need for contact tracing should arise. Should you not have a smart phone we will help you sign in from a device insalon. We also ask that if you or any close contacts of you have visited the Greater Sydney region (including the Blue Mountains), the Central Coast and Wollongong or any other known hotspot, you reschedule your appointment for 2 weeks after last contact. For the moment we will also be wearing masks for all services and kindly ask that if your health permits you also use the disposable masks provided for the duration of your appointment aswell. Thank you all for your understanding and co- operation

20.01.2022 The landline for the salon is once again having some technical issues, at the moment we are unable to receive calls or access the answering machine.

19.01.2022 11 years ago at 3 30pm i took a massive leap of faith and went into business for myself. I cant thank you all enough for your support over the years and im truly thankful for each and every one of you. To celebrate the anniversary of the salon and our release from lockdown, at 3 30 today il be posting details on how to enter the biggest giveaway I've ever done.... 18.01.2022 Hair appointments are currently booked out until april 27th, with extremely limited hair appointments left for May. Booking well in advance is essential to avoid disappointment. :)

13.01.2022 Everyone with appointments will be contacted and rescheduled once the lockdown is lifted and we are permitted to trade again.

13.01.2022 January to mid February is now booked out for all hair appointments. All saturday hair appointments are booked out until April 10th. There is a very limited number of hair appointments on tuesdays left between the end of February and april, please book well in advance to avoid disappointment. ... A cancellation list is in place for earlier appointments in the event someone cancels or has to reschedule.

11.01.2022 Important update regarding appointments: All clients with excisting appointments that have been to any of the following locations in the last 2 weeks including the canberra area please contact us to reschedule your appointment for 2 weeks time. Anyone wishing to book an appointment that has been to any of these locations we ask you postpone making your booking until 2 weeks time.... 11.01.2022 Happy to say that we have become a member of ACON's welcome here project! The salon is and always has been a safe place for everyone to arrive and be met with acceptance, where they are encouraged to come as they are with-out any fear of judgement. 10.01.2022 By now I know your hair is looking a little tragic, a little overgrown and theres probably alot more "tinsel" showing then you'd like. If you're an excisting client, before you reach for that box dye trying to guess what will blend in with your existing color send me a PM and il give you some advice. Let's try and minimise any color corrections once this lockdowns over.... And please dont cut your own hair, i cant fix the "Joe Dirt" mullet from you watching a how-to layering video on youtube after a few too many wines

06.01.2022 The salon will be opening at 10 30am this morning instead of 7 30am, so i can go watch our not so little girl at her 1st day of gymnastics... Anyone trying to contact the salon, the phone and answering machine is still experiencing service problems . After you guys being so patient with almost 14 months of service issues, outages and me spending countless hours on the phone to a certain provider chasing my tail to get a technician sent out... apparently tuesdays the day ... 04.01.2022 Important notice regarding appointments and reopening We ask for everyones patience as we begin prepare to reopen under the new covid safety plans. All appointments that were cancelled due to the lockdown will be rebooked in order that they were cancelled. You will be contacted prior to lockdown ending with your new appointment time. ... Until December 1st All clients will be required to be double vaccinated prior to their appointment to comply with the new nsw regulations. Bookings will remain closed until all previous bookings are caught up on. Thank you all for your paitence.

03.01.2022 Equally as important notice about reopening: Firstly id like to say a massive thank you to the vast majority of our clients who have understood that the rules set in place upon reopening are not set by me or my staff, they have been put in place by the nsw government.... Unfortunately that hasnt been the case with everyone and its disappointing to see some people seem to think that taking their frustration about the new restrictions out on members of my staff is ok. Its not. We understand your frustration, we understand youve waited so long for your appointments only to be told once again that you have to wait a few more months. For those people, please take a moment to understand my frustration, and the frustration of everyone in the hair and beauty industry atm. Our rules and restrictions are constantly changing, we get put into snap lockdowns at a massive cost to the business's, we then get given a date that we can finally reopen only to get hit with the next lot of rules stating we have to opperate at a limited capacity and turn clients away that arent double vaccinated, once again at a cost to the business. These rules arent our choice and alot of them may not make sense, but for now we will tolerate them and comply to them, because we are doing our part in ensuring our industry stays open.
