25.01.2022 current work based on my walks in West Wallsend. Funny thing happened. Gouache on paper, second image ipad sketch. I was filling in the space so I decided first... to put in a pile of council chuckout that is listed in the ipad sketch. When I was doing the gouache study I saw a red lounge in my minds eye and whacked it in. On my next walk, behold there was a 3 seater red lounge the same style of chair outside the very same house. 04.01.2022 "You can’t believe and think simultaneously. It’s just not going to happen. It’s a contradictionan impossibility. Because to think means you think. To believe ...means that you’re not thinking, you are just believing. And your ability to think is limited by the prejudices and the definitions of your beliefs." -John Trudell See more
