15.01.2022 Here we have a kitchen renovation in a unit which saw the whole thing stripped and renewed in only a few weeks. It's not very often that people show their appreciation by providing a gift at the end of a job. I can't take all the credit as there were carpenters, plumbers, electricians, cabinet makers, tilers, painters and floor layers that all worked together to produce the end result. Thanks Silvana.

07.01.2022 A Portal Frame. The owner who is an engineer always wanted to build a portal frame. This example just happened to be a two storey deck that had a post in the middle of the ground floor that was to be removed. ... It took a team of 4 to achieve the desired result using recycled hardwood posts steel plates and other large structural beams. We were faced with many challenges along the way the biggest was the small work area that we had. This millimetre accurate installation is a perfect example that 'the art is in the detail'.

It has been a good 2 and a half years working almost exclusively for one Builder doing everything from demolition, excavation, formwork, steel fixing, engineering, tiling, plastering, timber flooring, floor frames, wall frames, roof frames, stair cases, decking, cladding, concreting, tiling, landscaping, paving, rendering, brickwork, roofing, labouring, bathrooms, kitchens, extensions, doors, skirting, architraves, fascias, gutters, painting, win...dow frames, door frames, carports, balconies, designing, constructing and supervising. It is a long list but the one thing they all have in common is 'set out'. Without good preparation the end result will always be a compromise. It's now time to provide services directly to anyone who wants unique, complicated and even straight forward construction work.
