06.01.2022 Feels good to throw out the mat, take up space outside of the rectangle, let the breath go and feel the flow. Movement for me was very much confined to specified poses in yoga. For me, and many long time practitioners, this can bring so much good and sometimes also pain, injury and rigidity in thinking. Our bodies and minds need variety in our movement diet.
