23.01.2022 *look up* . Up today at 5:15am, getting ready for yoga practice. . My body sore and I feel tired. Going back to sleep sounds like a very attractive option ... . But there is something inside stopping me from compromising. I ended up doing a 10 minute meditation and 1.5 hour ashtanga primary series. This is the bitter sweet challenge I face most of the day. . I was never an early riser. In the past 20+ years, I used to sleep to last minute, thinking 'just another 5 min I'll get up'. Usually scramble to get ready and rush out to the door. . Sticking to the routine, I know can achieve anything. And if I can do it, you can do it too. . [there is so much work to do, it's impossible and I'm stressing out] . [this person is going to say something I don't like] . If I'd listen to this, I will never have built my daily yoga practice. Most of our struggles come from the mind. . The truth is, we have the ability to overwrite the self defeating voice. The voice becomes more active when we have energy building up inside. The way out is to find what we love. Love is so strong it can overwrite deepest fear.
