25.01.2022 Finally starting to colour my mandala called, "Peace". I'm inspired with the colours of the skies and sea. I might spread my wings on this one. We'll see!

24.01.2022 This mandala, "Sunburst", was printed on canvas and enlarged. It has been stretched and framed in a simple brushed silver frame. Size of framed print - 62cm x 62cm (outside measurement). All of my mandalas can be printed on canvas like this so if anyone would like one, please contact me via messaging or email.

22.01.2022 I know I've said, 'It's finished!", but it really is this time. Will scan it and send this on to its new owner in Florida. "Peace". Prints will be made.

22.01.2022 Here is my contribution to the Renaissance Life Therapies Udemy online course, Education in Art Therapy, by Libby Seery, which will be launched on October 16th. I hope you enjoy it! If you'd like to do Libby's course, I will post voucher information so you can purchase it for just $15, I think it is. The quote that I used in the mandala is by Erin Hanson, "There is freedom on the breezes of the sky, and you ask, What if I fall? Oh, but my darling, what if you fly?"

19.01.2022 Here are a couple of examples of how good framing can really enhance your mandala. The first mandala, "Expansion", is raised off the black mat with spacers then a double mat is added with the gold frame around. Size - mandala - 25.5cm x 25.5cm . Outside frame size is - 53cm x 53cm. The second mandala, "Family", is also framed using spacers to lift the picture off the backing mat. It sits in a box frame, which really makes it stand out. ... Size - mandala - 38.5cm x18.5cm (including white edge) Outside frame size 53cm x 38cm Framing done by Paul Fanali of Kingfisher Art and Framing.

09.01.2022 "Peace", nearly finished. I think I might extend the design to fit the whole page. I know it takes ages, but it's process that is the fun part. People often exclaim, "You must have patience!" to which I reply, "Patience isn't needed when there is no time." Don't mean to sound smug, but when you lose yourself, what does time matter? I'll be holding mandala workshops next year so if anyone is interested, please send me a message.
