20.01.2022 Art class today was relaxed and calm, with lots of new works starting and some friends returning after a long spell. Here's a few pics...

20.01.2022 Welcome to "Yara Balba Art Studio"! To keep in touch with all things happening in the studio, please "Like" and "Follow" our page. We'd love you to come along and visit someday or join in with one of our specialist workshops that run here monthly. "Yara Balba Art Studio" is open every Thursday during school term, with the workshop running from 12pm to 3pm at a cost of just $25 (which includes afternoon tea!). Bring along your own art materials and personal projects to get sup...port and guidance or inspiration from the other artists in our stable. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, sometimes quite chatty too. Work in your own medium at your own pace, join in with the monthly workshop demos or explanations on techniques and mediums, or share a skill you even might like to show others. 17.01.2022 Looking forward to another beaut day in the studio welcoming so many more new visitors from the Open Studios Tour.... had over 50 people drop in yesterday! Thanks to Resident Artists Coralie Smyth and Di Powell. Sunday's studio artists will be Pam Garfoot, Pamela Moreton Caldwell, Lynn Davis and more......drop in!

10.01.2022 Twas like listening to a gaggle of geese today in the studio, awash with activity! Lots of great works underway, with "Studies in Still Life" starting from next week (bring along your own favourite image or objects). Let's get stuck into some fun new stuff!
