25.01.2022 My paintings in the art exhibition in Donnybrook called "All the colours under the sun - there's a reason we don't see the world in black and white".

25.01.2022 The last in my recent series of warm colours. https://youtu.be/OvBkkg3ZtyY

23.01.2022 I dipped this in the poured off paint (plus a little more paint for contrast). So easy to do! Please click on this link if you would like to see how it's done: https://youtu.be/bLUpkDOUCkQ

21.01.2022 I wanted to see if I could do similar to a previous painting (Video #83) and was delighted with how this turned out. Click on the pic to watch how it was made. https://youtu.be/PQvALOYpE-c

19.01.2022 I hope that you like this one. https://youtu.be/T7mpLXdf6Tc

19.01.2022 A very easy to follow video on the quickest, easiest and best way that I have found to varnish paintings. https://youtu.be/FrZ7-OgcRZ0

18.01.2022 After doing one with a pale centre, I thought that I see what it would look like the other way around with a dark centre. Which do you prefer? (You can see them both in the video by clicking on the pic below.) https://youtu.be/im8GmBBu93I

18.01.2022 Done on a large canvas 20" x 20" or 50cm x 50cm. My first pour didn't work out, so I poured again and this appeared. What do you think it looks like? https://youtu.be/Ov1qlYeFod4

18.01.2022 After doing a pour that I didn't like, I decided to dip some cabochons into some pretty areas of paint - before scraping the painting. You can see the results at the end if you are interested. https://youtu.be/dyui7aVpAWM

16.01.2022 Something different for me. https://youtu.be/XLm8DlqSZmk

14.01.2022 A few days ago, the artist who I have been following and learning from by watching her videos, Sarah Mack, posted a video that she named "Alison's Journey'. I was totally blown away as she talked about my art and recommended that her viewers come and check out my channel. So, I did a painting in her honour to thank her for doing that and also for her teachings. https://youtu.be/3iwnWgorpNw

11.01.2022 Whoohooooo, I've reached the milestone needed to be monetised by YouTube!!! Over 1,000 subscribers plus 4,000 watch hours in the last 12 months. Thank you SO much to everyone who has subscribed to my channel and has been watching my videos, as it is you who have helped me achieve this. I know that it will be just a tiny trickle to start but for me, it is a huge accomplishment. A special thank you to Sarah Mack who gave me a huge push recently by recommending me to her viewers. It is because of this, that it has happened so quickly.

10.01.2022 This straight pour is inspired by the fabulous Sarah Mack. https://youtu.be/nz18JUsz-Q8

10.01.2022 I've not done a painting for a couple of weeks as I've been busy watching over two new litters of puppies. So it felt good to get back to playing with paints again. I hope that you like it. Click on this link to see how it was done: https://youtu.be/KWCkkdcMhds

08.01.2022 I love the rich colours in this one and the gorgeous big boulders from the 24K. I hope that you like it too. If you would like to watch how this was created, please click on this link: https://youtu.be/6WXjSHCRqPM Thank you!

08.01.2022 I used the same colours that were in my previous painting and did a different technique, a ring pour, and got a totally different result. If you would like to see how this was created, just click on pic. Please let me know what you think. Cheers, Alison https://youtu.be/14eJrO1VIDI

05.01.2022 The blues sure took over in this one but I like the result with the yellow looking like it is glowing. https://youtu.be/ovQtOeO5Z9c

02.01.2022 A little ring pour on a 10" x 10" canvas (25cm x 25cm). I did very thin layers to see how that would turn out. https://youtu.be/srwtfpAshx0
