25.01.2022 4 sleeps I'm getting excited

24.01.2022 After having lots of talks, reading all the information about COVID-19 that is available Jo, Kay and Prue have decided that it would be best for all to cancel t...he March 21st Bead and Buy. We feel that any gathering whatever the size brings with it a risk of spreading the virus and we would rather play our part in keeping all our loyal patrons as safe as we can. We apologise for the inconvenience that this late notice might cause and we assure you all that we will be back again as soon as the world has healed itself and that can only happen if we all make the hard decisions now. Sincerely Joanne, Kay and Prue

24.01.2022 Truck almost packed, including some of these Christmas baubles. Lots of last minute treasures for Christmas. See you tomorrow at @Warragul Arts Market Civic Park

22.01.2022 Visit Baw Baw and the Baw Baw Shire Council are proud to announce the opening of the Warragul Region Art Trail! The Warragul Region Art Trail is a collaborative... project with a group of award-winning and internationally renowned local artists. Head to the West Gippsland Arts Centre from 6:30pm tonight for the launch of the new Art Trail and feast your eyes on some of the fantastic works from the artists (who are a fantastic mob & probably won't mind a chat). 19.01.2022 just completed.... This was fun, apart from the struggle with my eyes, but, thanks to a friend who loaned me some magnifiers, this was not a struggle any more.

19.01.2022 Another Christmas idea for the market tomorrow. These are all freshwater pearl mixes and have beautiful stone set clasps they are around the 50 - 52cm length. All are different. November Warragul Arts Market, Warragul Arts Market.

18.01.2022 Another new style ear stud for Warragul Arts Market tomorrow. Stainless steel settings, wood and resin insert.

17.01.2022 I'm supposed to be tidying the workshop and studio for Open Studios West Gippsland this weekend..... however the muse struck and I needed to sit down and carry out the idea which had struck me! Hand-painted resin bead with copper. These are very light for their size. Back to work Kay! SOLD . . . .... . . . . . #ooak_copper #madeinneerimsouth #pod_earrings See more

16.01.2022 In between visitors to @openstudioswestgippsland today I've been making "little girl necklaces" . I discovered (whilst playing) that little manicure decals work on plain glass Cabochons so have enhanced these with sweet little owls. Each dainty necklace is a one of a kind, finished with magnet clasp for ease of use and has crystal beads, wing, tree and owl focal on catseye glass. These will be available at @warragulartsmarket If not sold prior.

12.01.2022 I'm all set up for this evening's launch at West Gippsland Arts Centre for Visit Baw Baw and Warragul Art Trail.

11.01.2022 Another break from restoring order to the studio and workshop saw me playing with leather. I cut little flowers, stacked, eyelet riveted them and looped a wire to form earrings. Maybe I'll wear them for @openstudioswestgippsland on Saturday or Sunday (23/24th November) . . . .... #oswg #handmade #leatherearrings See more

09.01.2022 Busy at work preparing my studio for Open Studios West Gippsland coming up this weekend. So many talented artist's studios and interesting art practices to view! https://openstudioswestgippsland.com.au/

09.01.2022 New earrings coming to December Warragul Arts Market if not sold prior. If something interests you, just message me for full details

08.01.2022 This is next month, how time flies!

07.01.2022 We have our next Warragul Arts Market on Saturday and with Christmas now only 6 weeks away I thought I'd put together some cute little festive ear studs. These little 8mm glass 'stones' or cabochons are cute reindeer. I've mounted them on stainless steel studs which have been enamelled with red, green and black.

06.01.2022 Currently I'm restricted what I can tackle, having had some cancers removed from both arms. I decided to go through my stash of lovely 9mm half drilled freshwater pearl and set them onto posts to earring studs. Most of these are dyed to get the lovely hues. They'll be available at the Warragul Arts Market or direct from me. . . . .... . #madeinneerimsouth #artycles #freshwaterpearlstuds See more

06.01.2022 Gearing up for the first Warragul Arts Market for this season. Fingers crossed that the weather holds. I'm just about to head out to workshop to pack my bits and pieces. Tiny studs, my best sellers, will definitely be ready to find new homes. :)

04.01.2022 So many interested/interesting folk!

02.01.2022 Tomorrow and Sunday

01.01.2022 For all who took advantage of the beautiful weekend and visited my studio via Open Studios West Gippsland, thank you. I love meeting new people and sharing my passion.
