25.01.2022 Another guest who enjoyed the cottage

24.01.2022 Let's hope that we'll be able to welcome back Australians who want to take a break in Australia. We don't expect international guests any time soon which is a good thing. The pergola was looking particularly lovely in its Autumn colours but no one will see it, or appreciate it this year it will look even better next year. Currently doing maintenance, so that we can open when it's OK to do so.

19.01.2022 What a beautiful display of 'totally out of season' Red Hot Pokers. All the spikes should be frizzled up with the cold, but not this year.

17.01.2022 It was great to welcome Kali, and her group, back to Arundel, especially when all the talk about bushfires has justifiably worried many people. We can understand people's concerns, but there isn't anything to worry about at the moment, and if there was we would make sure that we looked after you first. Arundel hasn't been directly impacted, so you can still enjoy most of the popular attractions in the upper Blue Mountains and the Central Tablelands.

13.01.2022 It's well worth a weekend away to explore the beauty of Mayfield Gardens in Spring, it's stunning but remember to bring your walking shoes.

12.01.2022 Things have been tough over the last few weeks, even though we haven't been directly impacted, the reporting of the fires has had a major impact on our business. There are friends, as well as people right down the east coast and in WA and SA who are worse off, so I'm not grumbling. I'd just like to let people know that Arundel Cottage is OK, and we are still a great location to explore the Central Tablelands. There is so much to see and do in this part of our State. I hope th...at you all return soon and share what we have to offer. I hate to say come back and support these communities, because it sounds like emotional blackmail, and I hate that, but I know that people do want to help as long as it's safe to do so. We want everyone to be safe, so I wouldn't post this if I didn't think that you'd be OK if you weren't we'd be the first to say so, and we'd go straight into keeping you safe. See more

08.01.2022 Ever since people were able to travel within NSW we have been super busy YAY. Not everyone leaves a note, but we have continued to score 5 out of 5 on airbnb, for cleanliness, communication and value for money as well as lots of great reviews. I'll just share two of the notes. Still a couple of dates available in August and September.

06.01.2022 We continue to be busy with a continuous stream of weekend guests they don't always leave a note, but Neal and Ariana were the exception, however we have still been scoring 100% 5*, with great reviews. We're very lucky that all our guests have been good communicators and extremely thoughtful.
