With the current coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic our priority is to ensure the health and safety of our staff and of course our wonderful clients and patients. To help keep everyone well, we ask you to help us by following some easy precautions if you need to bring your fur baby to us.... If you currently have - * a temperature or any flu-like symptoms? * traveled overseas in the past 2 weeks? * been diagnosed with coronavirus? * been in self quarantine? * had any contact with a person who has tested positive for coronavirus? If yes, please DO NOT come into clinic but try to arrange for a friend or family member to bring your pet to us. If this cannot be arranged please phone us to seek further Veterinary advise, and we can make an appropriate plan. Thank you for your understanding and co operation in these unprecedented times. We will continue to provide the best possible care for your pets, if only we stay well and fit as well

06.01.2022 Hi everyone! We are still open! Just an update on what extra steps were taking this week to minimise contact and help keep everyone safe during this COVID 19 pandemic. everyone must use hand sanitizer outside the front door before entering the clinic... we are allowing 1 person per animal we are allowing only 1 person in the waiting room at a time, we have a chair outside to wait for the previous person to leave. please do not approach or touch the reception counter, keep social distancing to 1.5m away remember distancing in the consultation room and keep distance from the examination table if you need to order food or medication, call first and preferably pay over the phone so it will be ready for a hasty collection if you are concerned about entering our clinic please phone from the car park and we can collect your pet we cant allow any walk in appiontments to occur, please book a time for everything, including nail trims and help with worming Thanks for your cooperation and understanding, we will keep you updated on further changes to proceedings.
