11.01.2022 #yogaunderthetree Had a wonderful morning with ladies who decided to spend their Christmas gathering in a different way: - gentle yoga, - chimes and gong bathing, - ceremonial cacao, - meditation for gratitude ... - flower of life mandala to fill with gratitude notes in each and ever petal for year 2020. I’d say it’s more soul nourishing then your regular Christmas lunch with just food and alcohol... besides we were under sacred fig tree with beautiful background of city views - Harbour bridge and North Sydney skyscrapers.
