21.01.2022 Today, we launched a new training experience for members of our 2020 Elite Squads. We call this the ASA Football cASA Program Due to current measures in place to help stop the spread of COVID-19, football as we know it has been suspended. Our cASA Program keeps students active, healthy and occupied with a full football schedule for the next month while regular training is postponed - with emphasis schoolwork being #1, as always... Individuals are given a set of drills and exercises to complete throughout the week, promoting healthy habits such as training, injury prevention methods, and also tactical analysis and goal setting The program is flexible, as it allows the players to choose the drill/exercise and requires very little footballing equipment, so it is possible to perform in the backyard. The program is accessible with players given exclusive viewing to our YouTube Channel where all drills part of the cASA Program are explained and visually demonstrated by our very own Head Coach and Director Pat Fortnightly, programs are updated along with visual demonstrations and exercises - aiming to keep players motivated, challenged and active We understand our responsibility and role to play in continuing to help young Australian footballers develop as well as keeping them active, healthy and enjoying the game We live for football and we know many of our students do too! cASA Program has a BIG job in ensuring players maintain and further develop through individual programming - keeping them focused, challenged, learning and training the way they all love ... 20.01.2022 Kicking off Carpi F.C. 1909 program 2020 for our aspiring footballers wishing to take their game to higher levels Since 2018, our Carpi Program has asked a lot from the selected players- A great deal of commitment and discipline as the group takes part in morning sessions before they head off to school The sessions work on a variety of footballing outcomes over 8 months, requiring a certain level of focus, intensity and quality. The program is both physically and men...tally challenging, as we believe anyone wishing to achieve any sort goal in football and life in general, must first be ready to leave their comfort zone We are excited for the 2020 instalment, as many players have come through this program and excelled, for example Massimo Forte who now plays his football in Italy proves an true example and role model for players of the program

09.01.2022 A very special story for ASA and a great message for all players Jayden came to ASA in 2018 aged 13, after being cut from Representative Youth Football despite spending his previous years in this environment. Jayden came to us with a clear goal of knowing where he wanted to be in the future, and knew what needed to be improved to get there Firstly and most importantly- He is a top kid. A hard worker, a polite, humble and respectful young man. For us, this is always the most... important aspects to look for in a player, as these are the ones willing to work and the ones that end up more likely to achieve their goals. Character aside, it was clear from day 1 the type of player Jayden was- An intelligent, hardworking midfielder who was technical gifted...a leader and an example for his teammates in the way he trains and performs in games We believe that in order to achieve goals and reach new levels, you must move out of your comfort zone. Which Jayden did. He quickly became accustomed to ASA’s high intensity & unique training style, and showed a great amount of faith and belief in the program. Many morning sessions, one on ones and evening sessions saw Jayden improve drastically as a player especially in the mental components It is no surprise now to share that Jayden (Under 15 in 2020) has made the jump from park football to NPL1 in 2 seasons. Jayden has reached his goal and understands the need to maintain this level and wishes reach new heights so regularly takes part in ASA training sessions We firstly congratulate his parents for raising and educating a great person, and congratulate Jayden for his hard work, belief, persistence and friendship these last couple of seasons

Lending a hand to the special staff and students at St Bernard's Primary School, Batemans Bay With Batemans Bay being one of the most ravaged areas during the bushfires of the last two months, many families living here have lost everything. We cannot begin to comprehend how tough the circumstances are in Batemans Bay, and in the many affected parts of our country, but as members of the community, we all have... a role to play Our donations of football kits (past and present), tracksuits, caps and footballs were met with open arms by both staff and students Thank you to St Bernard’s Primary for allowing ASA to get involved.
