07.01.2022 Hi all, can you believe November is almost over? That means we are prepping for the December Wax Lyrical. True, we haven't held a December event in the past, but as it is early in the month, hoping most of you can attend. I know we will see Andrew Loxton and Beth Hobbs again, Dunoon superstars Cheryl and the Muffintops, and more surprises. Here are some more pics from November of me with bassist Tony Baron and 2 of my students, Talin and Krystle, both of whom I hope will be back in December. 03.01.2022 At the risk of repeating myself, Less Is More as demonstrated by last nite's final Wax Lyrical for 2020. We only had 3 acts but in addition to playing together we also had solo and duo performances so there was plenty of variety - and people brought friends, which was wonderful! Featured were Cheryl and the Muffintops and Walking the Cat (aka Andrew Loxton and Beth Hobbs). I will post more info soon. 02.01.2022 Hi all, Well for all those who entered and waited and missed having a live event in October, here is your prize - the Top 30 ;(or more) in each category as vot...ed by the judges. I feel blessed to be nominated in 4, but a big shout out to so many friends - Lola Brinton, Renee Jonas. Elizabeth Usher, Tom Tessa Libreri, Steve Montgomery, Donna Dyson. Cathy Dobson, Anthony Correa, Ana Key, Wendy Wood, Kelly Hamilton and Geez, so many more. Hats off to all who made the shortlist, and now to all the next tier.
