25.01.2022 After a huge year- becoming a new Mum in a pandemic, and having a year off (little Jarrah turns one today!) I’m going to be offering a vision board retreat full day workshop this January in Fairfield. I’m not sure if I’ll be running any workshops going forward, so this may be a one off. More details will launch soon, watch this space. It will be limited in numbers due to restrictions, but sure to have an incredible array of materials to play with! Can’t wait to see you, what a year. Let’s Reflect and create and vision for the year ahead.

25.01.2022 A women’s weekend near kyogle, NSW ‘Spring Gathering’. The first time I have offered an art therapy process post the birth of my precious baby. A wonderful welcome back into a facilitation role, being reminded to trust the process and being rewarded by having the ‘full of gratitude’ feeling afterwards. Very tired now as I tend to this little boy, reflecting on who I am and how my identity has shifted so much. I am still holding off jumping back into work to prioritize this special time with my little family. Sending presence and curiosity your way as you navigate the moments in your experiencing.
