09.01.2022 ASCA CLINICAL CASE This is a man in his early 80s. He has had a very large number of skin cancers over many years. These have included IEC, SCC, BCC and melanoma as well as a lot of solar keratoses. He is seen every 6 months. The linear scar is from the wide excision of an evolving in situ superficial spreading melanoma some 2 years previously. Interestingly in the same excision specimen there was also a separate multifocal superficial basal cell carcinoma, an intraepidemal ...carcinoma and a dysplastic naevus also well clear of margins. What is your: 1) preferred diagnosis and differentials? 2) management?
