19.01.2022 Why do I do ice baths and cold showers of a morning? 1- Discipline: I find it easier to stay on track with the rest of my day. If I am slack and don’t do it, the rest of the day I am lazy and cutting corners. 2- Because it’s uncomfortable: There is no questioning that if you aren’t doing something that makes you uncomfortable then you aren’t actually growing and trying new things. (Yes bone broth has calories, but it has no carbs, so your body stays in ketoses) Please speak to your medical professional and do the research or talk to someone who has experience in it, if you are thinking about trying it. Do each of these every day for 10 Days! Tip for waking up at first alarm, turn on phone touch, lay there for around 1 min, count down from 3 and jump up.
